Homeland Security Prepared for Gustav

Tallahassee – Three years ago this week, Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans and the surrounding Gulf Coast. Lack of planning and a disorganized response made the disaster even worse. Now federal officials say they're ready as Hurricane Gustav draws a bead on the same area. Tom Flanigan reports

Forecasters say Gustav could be a major category four or five storm when it hits the U.S. sometime next week.
