People seeking help for mental disorders or substance abuse now have more options.
Gov. Scott signed a bill into law Friday providing more mental health and substance abuse services. The measure enforces a “No Wrong Door” policy, giving people treatment, regardless of how they enter the system, whether for criminal or personal reasons. It also funnels more federal dollars into behavioral health care.
