A Florida State University Fraternity is under investigation for sexual assault.  Pi Kappa Alpha hosted a party October 10th where a student says she was raped.

The Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, known as Pikes, has a house in Heritage Grove off Ocala Road. As first reported in the Tallahassee Democrat, six members of the fraternity are facing disciplinary action by the university due to Title IX concerns. They have not been charged with a crime. The Associated Press reports campus police are investigating the rape allegation.

The fraternity itself has been prohibited from participating in on-campus and off campus events while under investigation.

The fraternity says it took precautions to guard against underage drinking and even hired security for the party where the alleged sexual assault occurred. The fraternity is cooperating with the investigations.
