Tallahassee, FL – With a week to go until session ends and lawmakers still in a stalemate over budget negotiations the Florida Board of Governors is planning a last-minute lobbying attack. As Lynn Hatter reports, universities are preparing to go on the offensive in effort to appeal to lawmakers to adopt the senate budget proposal.
