Tallahassee, FL – The filing fee for guardianship of an elderly or disabled adult will increase by nearly 60 percent on July 1 if Governor. Charlie Crist signs Senate Bill 1718 into law, and some fear that will place an undue burden on family members. Margie Menzel reports.
