DAVID EDELSTEIN is chief film critic for “New York Magazine” and NPR's "Fresh Air" and is a frequent film commentator on CBS Sunday Morning. Edelstein got his start writing theater reviews for the “Boston Phoenix” before transitioning to film. He has since written film criticism for the “New York Post,” the “Village Voice” and “Rolling Stone,” and is a frequent contributor to the Sunday “New York Times” Arts & Leisure section. Edelstein is the author of “Shooting to Kill” and several plays including the comedy “Killing Mom. “ (Recorded October 22, 2014)
