Governor Rick Scott’s state spending proposal for next year continues to build on his jobs message. Scott wants to spend 79-billion dollars but as Lynn Hatter reports, while many of his ideas have support, others are already in trouble in the legislature.

When a person makes a threat against a group or a school, law enforcement must take it seriously.  And now, as Regan McCarthy reports, Florida lawmakers are considering a bill that would make the penalty for such threats ever more serious.
