A grass-roots only political strategy appears to be working as supporters await the fate of Amendment Four, the Florida Legislature’s tax-cutting plan for promoting solar energy.  Jim Ash has the story.

When Florida voters head to the polls on Tuesday and again in November, many will be voting in a new congressional district.  Nick Evans and Kate Payne teamed up to look at what redistricting means for one Tallahassee neighborhood.  

Florida A&M University could find itself with a large, vacant office in the administration building by April. The school’s governing board voted against extending a new contract to President Elmira Mangum. The move comes after Mangum received a lackluster evaluation. She’s been under pressure almost from the start—at times sparring with trustees, alumni and faculty.
