Capital Report

Feb 20, 2013

Capital Report is the longest-lived, most comprehensive radio coverage of the Florida Legislature in existence.  Since 1975, it’s been providing a daily half-hour summary of events during the yearly legislative session with the emphasis on not only what happened, but also what it means.  Capital report is distributed to every public radio station in Florida for broadcast and is also available online.  From the opening day ceremonials, including the Governor’s State-of-the-State address, to the symbolic dropping of the handkerchief signaling the end of Session, Capital Report is a direct connection to the people, policies and politics in Tallahassee.
